This organization requires kids to set up a payment plan with their banking information. Then when they decide to raise the cost of the trip, after it's booked and after deposit is made, they debit the account. There was no disclaimer, nothing mentioned to us the price "could increase" after booking. or Deposit. Shaddy business practice.
Great experience with Barbra Holl! I was on tour with the Saint John's Boys' Choir on two tours (Italy, and then Germany, Austria and Czech Republic) You are an awesome organization.
My school used KIConcerts years ago for an orchestra trip and it was lovely. We went to Austria and Prague and it was such a wonderfully planned trip. Years later I'm planning a trip to Europe for personal reasons and wanted to remember a hotel name. I left a voicemail as I didn't catch someone right away at KI and received the kindest call back with info about the likely hotel and it seems like exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much Oliver!
