I’ve traveled internationally with student groups through four different tour companies over the years, and KI Concerts has been the best experience. Very disappointed with KI Concerts. Beware of their business practices. We paid $3900 for a trip for our student. They have a very clear ‘no refunds after 120-day policy’ and they will keep your money! I was very disappointed as my child was not able to attend due to health reasons and we were told we should have purchased travel insurance - which I believe was near $500 and gets you a 70% refund. This organization requires kids to set up a payment plan with their banking information. Then when they decide to raise the cost of the trip, after it's booked and after deposit is made, they debit the account. There was no disclaimer, nothing mentioned to us the price "could increase" after booking. or Deposit. Shaddy business practice.
Great experience with Barbra Holl! I was on tour with the Saint John's Boys' Choir on two tours (Italy, and then Germany, Austria and Czech Republic) You are an awesome organization.
My school used KIConcerts years ago for an orchestra trip and it was lovely. We went to Austria and Prague and it was such a wonderfully planned trip. Years later I'm planning a trip to Europe for personal reasons and wanted to remember a hotel name. I left a voicemail as I didn't catch someone right away at KI and received the kindest call back with info about the likely hotel and it seems like exactly what I was looking for.
