So annoyed! Figured we'd take our family of 6 to try Kicky's with a $50 gift certificate that we won at a local Gift Auction in March... no such luck. Gift certificate was issued 2/27/17 and expired 5/27.... I called today to see if they would still honor it tonight since it's not even a week past & we didn't even have it for 3 months..."nope" - no 1/2 value, no discount, no offer.....nothing! Guess we're sticking with our other Japanese & Sushi places that we frequent!
I've given them multiple chances. Every time I order a take out they give me the wrong food. When I ask for a refund they argue with me when THEY are in the wrong. Don't waste your time.
Really good sushi choices. The restaurant is a bit small but very nice. If you like sushi, check them out.
They are moving to new location not far from original. I am waiting for that. Food good. The experience great. Byob.
