Here in Chattanooga on vacation and my ebike got a flat tire on the rear, the tube was toast and tire came off the rim. Called Jacobo in the morning and he made a house call and was here in half an hour. This guy is a vibe and I will recommend him highly to anyone and everyone. Very easy going and great to talk to and not only replaced my tube but did a tune up on my bike and my girls bike all in a timely manner and very reasonably priced. Jacob did an incredible job and got my bike back to me on the same day. Even did some extra work for me without adding cost. Super reasonable price as well! Highly recommend.
Didn't fulfill his agreement and bike was unsafe to ride after he left.
The owner was super helpful and responsive when we needed something fixed. He provided what we needed, which allowed us to safely continue our ride and start our vacation off right. I highly recommend reaching out to him for any of your bicycle needs!
