I wish I would’ve read the reviews before wasting my time. If you are the opposite of white don’t bother. I told them I was taking time off work & coming all the way from FL to view this particular property. After viewing the property she had EVERY excuse for why I couldn’t apply. First it was because I’m not ready to move yet, I said I’ll put my deposit down now. She said they need the rent. I said I’ll put that down now too.
