This place offered a great exam on the first visit, which was great. The front desk Staff were very welcoming. The nurse was pleasantly nice as well. I asked if they could shave some mat off her tummy he just been neutered nearly a week ago. It was advised he checked out afterwards. They never stated whether it would be a charge for this service. I cannot say enough amazing things about the entire staff at VCA Kickingbird. We have been going to them since we got our first pup in 2020 & we will continue to seek regular care for our fur-babies there because of the incredible service they’ve provided over the years. We had to put one of our dogs down 2 years ago unexpectedly and Dr. McFarland, Dr. Schneider & Dr. Harper, as well as all of the techs were incredibly empathetic, caring & patient with us throughout the entire process. They consistently take the time to build trust with our pets before completing any procedures, which makes a meaningful difference in reducing their stress and anxiety during visits. This is the third veterinary office we have tried, and we have confidently decided to stay.
