We had to put our beloved doodle Reggie down unexpectedly. It was heartbreaking, but Dr. Harper handled everything so compassionately and carefully. We were all in tears in those final moments. That is exactly as it should be and we are so grateful. They handled everything.
Our do had licked her paws to the point where they were swollen and she was limping, and on a Saturday as always. The staff here were friendly and kind, not long of a wait and Dr. Ashley was wonderful. We just moved to Edmond and took a chance on VCA since it was so convenient were able to get in the same day. Our visit was very affordable, and we will be back.

We are relatively new to the area. Brought in my 11 year old dog who had been vomiting for a couple of days. After getting us to sign up for their “care plan”, they assured us they would give him nausea meds, take X-rays(only using sedation if necessary), and would call us as soon as they were done so we could pick him up. Not only did they not call, they never gave him any meds, no fluids, nothing other than the sedation HE DID NOT NEED! DO NOT USE THIS VET!!! We always have a great experience at VCA Kickingbird. The staff is always friendly and courteous. We love Dr Griffith. She is so great with our pups. We would recommend Dr Griffith and VCA Kickingbird to anyone!
