Great atmosphere, great instructors, FANTASTIC workout. If you need to forget about your troubles for an hour, come to KickHouse. You'll listen to some good music, have a few good laughs, and demonstrate how powerful you truly are. The instructors are there to guide you and they do it beautifully. I was so excited to find a kickboxing gym. It has been a great time! They have so many class options its great for my random times of opportunity as a mom to make time for me. The couches are kind, encouraging and so helpful with learning. I highly recommend signing up because as well as a great environment that is so welcoming they are also affordable and have everything you need in house to get started so you don't feel lost online trying to find gloves and such. Im so happy and grateful I found KICKHOUSE!! I was nervous to find a place to go but as soon as I walked in the door I felt at home. The people and instructors are so welcoming and guide you along the way. I have been going for a month now and Im making this apart of my lifestyle. It helps a lot with my mental health and just having a healthy place to go. Thank you again!!
