Loved the workout, the patience of the instructors and how I felt afterwards.
When I started kickboxing in another state, I left my first class (and most other classes) feeling as though I wasn’t good enough to kickbox and I regularly questioned whether or not I should even continue. Fast forward two years and needless to say, I was extremely nervous and anxious to begin kickboxing again but ALL of the KickHouse staff that I have interacted with have been so kind and welcoming and more than patient with me. Every single one of them have made me feel like I absolutely CAN do this!
If you’re looking for a workout that’s not boring and never ending , then this is for you ! It’s super fun and a great workout and before you know it you’re done for the day !
Great atmosphere, great instructors, FANTASTIC workout. If you need to forget about your troubles for an hour, come to KickHouse. You'll listen to some good music, have a few good laughs, and demonstrate how powerful you truly are. The instructors are there to guide you and they do it beautifully. I love this place and I love the workout. Thank you KickHouse! UPDATE: kick house is still kicking; with an added bonus, of BINGO. I was so excited to find a kickboxing gym. It has been a great time! They have so many class options its great for my random times of opportunity as a mom to make time for me. The couches are kind, encouraging and so helpful with learning. I highly recommend signing up because as well as a great environment that is so welcoming they are also affordable and have everything you need in house to get started so you don't feel lost online trying to find gloves and such.
