I felt like I was being trained by a real boxing coach. I went for the first time on 7/21/25 as a friend recommended it and they offered a free first class trial. It was a spectacular workout. By the end I could feel why boxers get so fatigued after 12 rounds of haymakers and uppercuts. The coach was very lively, energetic, charismatic, motivating, and engaged throughout the entire class. I just joined KickHouse York earlier this month and have been loving it! I can say I haven't really "exercised" since high school and I'm 51 now! I love the group atmosphere. You can go at your own pace. You always feel welcome by the coaches and your classmates! I definitely found a new home in this "House"! I always leave with a smile on my face! Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!
