Used the automatic car wash today and was trapped 15 minutes inside. The machine did NOT work, the doors would NOT open and conveniently enough your phone and email do NOT work. I'm very upset to say the least. Thanks for eating my $8.
The Platinum $8 auto wash did not get winter salt & crud off my car. I picked the most expensive setting and it didn't do the job. I took pics; wish i could add them here. Disappointed!
I'm here at the moment and paid for a gold car wash. Pulled forward and the door never opened, reciept never printed, phone number says it's disconnected and there is no way to message anyone here on facebook. Please advise on who to contact for a refund or how I can get a credit for a future wash.
I went to kicking miles in Michigan . The first stall I put in 7 dollars it did not work . I proceeded to try to use the shampoo cleaner and that did not work either .
You guys need to fix your equipment lost money and your machines don't work worth a darn !!!
