I felt like I was being trained by a real boxing coach. I went for the first time on 7/21/25 as a friend recommended it and they offered a free first class trial. It was a spectacular workout. By the end I could feel why boxers get so fatigued after 12 rounds of haymakers and uppercuts. The coach was very lively, energetic, charismatic, motivating, and engaged throughout the entire class. Best investment I've ever made in myself! Classes are fun, challenging, sweaty, and just downright great for my mental health! Coaches and members are great! Come kick it! You won't regret it!

I just joined KickHouse York earlier this month and have been loving it! I can say I haven't really "exercised" since high school and I'm 51 now! I love the group atmosphere. You can go at your own pace. You always feel welcome by the coaches and your classmates! I definitely found a new home in this "House"! I always leave with a smile on my face! Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!
