Joining Glastonbury kickboxing is hands down the best decision of my life. I’ve surrounded myself with people who motivate me to be my best self and are all about positive energy. It’s not just a gym, it’s a family. I’ve learned not only how to lose weight but to keep it off as well. I am so grateful for finding this place and certainly can’t ever imagine my life without it!
Been going to GKB for 6 years now and love the great workout plan. Partnering up on a bag is awesome and feels great when someone motivates you to keep going to get to the finish line. If you're looking to get in shape and meet new friends you won't be disappointed at GKB.
The coach did an excellent job. To attract and retain more participants, I suggest offering more affordable packages, particularly for teenagers. The weekly fee of $40 can be a bit steep, but providing smaller, more affordable packages would be beneficial. Overall, it's a great program.
