Whomever answers the phone needs phone etiquette class. You are not the only place in town so I recommend being nicer on the phone to a potential customer.

I recently called Kickapoo Sand and Gravel to get a price for white rock and I was appalled at the way I was treated. I was told by the employee that they would not deliver to me because the last time I got white rock from them (at least 5 years ago) the delivery driver wrote down on my sales ticket that I was “mean to him”! What are we in grade school here?? It took me a minute to recall that delivery but I finally remembered that they did a horrible job and dumped big sections of the rock in huge piles when they were suppo... read more
