Not enforcing masks mandates, including employees not wearing masks. Rude employees.

The tubing was absolutely wonderful!!! But as others said .. the company didn't care at all about the State Mandatory Masking and Social Distancing requirements. We specifically made these plans to enjoy the outdoors with the ability to stay away from others. BUT we had to take a school bus to the drop off location. Not only was the bus PACKED with drunk 20'somethings, none of them were masked. And I had too yell at some of them for leaning over MY family to scream out MY window at their friends while the driver (mask around... read more

Absolutely will be back! All the employees had masks on and everyone was 6 ft from others. I personally didn’t wear a mask but I stayed 6ft from everyone. The bus wasn’t crowded but it’s a school bus so I could image what it would be like packed. If you don’t wanna be close to people or wear a mask don’t go. There was no sign posted stating masks were mandated. The only sign I saw was stay 6ft apart from others.. definitely will be back and can’t wait!

So we went here (and camped nearby) specifically for the safety that was promised by this company regarding COVID-19. Those safety precautions are all a lie. What a disappointment to find that a) the employees won’t wear mask, b) customers were crammed into a bus without ANY distancing, c) customers were not asked to wear a masks. Avoid this place at all cost. They want your money then want you dead.

No masks anywhere, on employees or guests, bus was absolutely packed with unmasked people, all in the middle of the pandemic. Absolute shitshow.

We had a trip planned to another canoe place. We received a call 40 minutes before we were to check in that they were closed. We were disappointed but found Kickapoo and decided to head that way. They were super friendly and our girls day turned from ruined to a great day!! We will definitely be back and have recommended it to all our friends!!
