Went in for a trim and some layers and to keep the drape a V shape - the stylist didn't do what I asked of her and did whatever she wanted. I got no layers, she cut off 4 inches of what used to be my beautiful long hair, cut it blunt and shaped the front of my face with tons of tiny strands. My hair was almost at my ass and now it's barely below my shoulders. 4 times throughout the process she would stop and say how beautiful it was, and encourage me to 'touch it'. I went in to try a new stylist for my shoulder length hair and was 100% ecstatic over my new look that stylist Acklima gave. The price was in line with many other salons (right on budget for me) and she worked with precision on my hair!!! Loved it and totally going back when it needs a reshape!

Horrible experience. They are completely racist, unprofessional, and clearly didn't want to touch Black hair. The staff harassed me, treated me terribly, and didn't care about anything. To top it off, they completely ruined my hair and overcharged me for absolutely no reason. Their customer service sucks. Save your money and go somewhere else

My daughter and I got our hair cut and styled at Kicks Salon today, and Acklima could not have been more professional. She really listened to what we wanted and took it to the next level. We could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing salon experience!
