No customer service. Message mailboxes are full. Run run to lamp plus. I order two light, was sent one. Other one backordered. They should have told me when I ordered them. It's been two weeks. I canceled by email and I wasn't polite about it either.you think I want Christmas company coming over with just on sconce above my fireplace? Just ordered from lamps plus. It's going to take 3 days to get here and an actual person answers the phone.
Do not purchase this product the customer service is terrible. i have approx $12,000 dollars of their landscape lighting they apparrently expect you to purchase entirely new pathway lights when the glass disc fails on their product. also left a message for the customer service manager dianne with zero communication from her. Run from this product
