Food was fabulous! Wait was really too long. I waited over 20 mins for my walk in order. Ordering online is definitely priority.
Very rude customer service, we came in with our 9 month old baby to enjoy some sushi at 7:33 pm and she said no we're not taking any orders. I think it was a new hire
Extremely poor customer service. The attendant was so rude. I went for dine in around 7:30pm. She completely denied to serve us even though they close at 8. You lost a loyal customer today because of your arrogant attendant.
I visit many Kibo sushi’s but this locations portion is easily only half the size of other locations. Every other location’s sushi size is double the picture. Won’t return again and don’t recommend.
