I moved to Crossville in 1993 and purchased my own home with 8 acres. I always thought if I ever moved, I definitely wanted to live in Charleston Place! As my circumstances changed, I moved here and love it! Always have great interactions with the office staff. Maintenance ( Woody is awesome) issues always resolved and property well maintained all the time. The only drawback in my first apartment was the parking. My kiddos and I have been at Charleston for almost 3 years. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I’ve only had a couple of apartment issues, and they’ve always responded quickly to resolve them. My kids like the maintenance guy, Woody, and brag to me how nice and helpful he is. All of them are very sweet and they’ll wave hello when you’re driving by. Terrible all around! Just do yourself a favor and stay away!
Save your money and find somewhere else to go. The reviews below mine saying this place is money hungry are 100 fact. Also don’t expect to get your deposit back even if you left the place in pristine condition, instead they will charge you for non existent errors they find to take your money. I would never recommend this place to anyone. 0/10 experience and also we had many neighbors who felt the same way. This place is a joke
I haven't lived here very long. In my most truamtic situation ever possible, Jesika has been nothing short of compassionate and understanding. Shes looked out for me and my family and she didnt have to at all. She doesnt know me or owe me a thing. I definitely recommend this property manager AND my apartment is really nice.
