Save your money and find somewhere else to go. The reviews below mine saying this place is money hungry are 100 fact. Also don’t expect to get your deposit back even if you left the place in pristine condition, instead they will charge you for non existent errors they find to take your money. I would never recommend this place to anyone. 0/10 experience and also we had many neighbors who felt the same way. This place is a joke
I haven't lived here very long. In my most truamtic situation ever possible, Jesika has been nothing short of compassionate and understanding. Shes looked out for me and my family and she didnt have to at all. She doesnt know me or owe me a thing. I definitely recommend this property manager AND my apartment is really nice. Been renting with kibo for almost 3 years... I moved apartments mid lease due to issues I won't put on the review. I've been at my other apartment going on 2 years... Love love love my neighbors but do not appreciate the 4 parking spots we have for our building.... Especially when visitors park there for days at a time and don't want to park in the visitor parking... Leaving me to have to call the apartment complex multiple times with nothing being done.
