This is literally the worst place I’ve ever rented from they were charging 1000 dollars a month for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, they sent out a lease renewal 3 months early and gave a one week dead line then when my lease was ending they had the audacity to tell me that I was breaking my lease when it was already ending, they kept my security deposit, and then continued to ask for my new address to serve me court papers.
I moved to Crossville in 1993 and purchased my own home with 8 acres. I always thought if I ever moved, I definitely wanted to live in Charleston Place! As my circumstances changed, I moved here and love it! Always have great interactions with the office staff. Maintenance ( Woody is awesome) issues always resolved and property well maintained all the time. The only drawback in my first apartment was the parking. My kiddos and I have been at Charleston for almost 3 years. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I’ve only had a couple of apartment issues, and they’ve always responded quickly to resolve them. My kids like the maintenance guy, Woody, and brag to me how nice and helpful he is. All of them are very sweet and they’ll wave hello when you’re driving by.
