Excellent upholstery cleaner
This was the first time I’ve purchased carpet and had a wonderful experience! Kent at the store was extremely helpful in person and responsive to emails! Luis installed the carpet and was so efficient, friendly, quick, and clean! 10/10 experience, I’d highly recommend!
Installation of our carpet went really well. Our installation technician, Luis Araujo, did a most excellent job. His expertise in handling odd shaped rooms and hallways was very evident and we very much appreciated Luis reviewing his room to room approach in advance. It allowed us to shuffle the furniture from room to room, and stay out of his way. This let him work faster and safer. We are really pleased with the quality and final results. We would choose Carpet One again and insist on having Luis be our installer.
Our carpet installer Luis was fantastic. Very nice and experienced. If we had questions he would take time to answer them. Kent at the store was very helpful and made sure we were happy. Thanks Scott
I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer McEwan at Carpet One. She bent over backwards to make this as easy as possible for me. She brought linoleum samples to my home & even showed me what they would look like in my home. Then when Andy & Dan came to install it they were so friendly and professional. They did such a nice job. I’m so happy with my new flooring and would highly recommend Carpet One and their installers to anyone who asks me where to go for flooring.
