Excellent products, knowledgeable and friendly staff, we love our new floors. But now 2 years later when we have a problem with the floor they're dragging their feet.
Javier and Elizabeth were amazing. Not only did they answer all my questions they thought that what I was looking for was out of stock so Elizabeth went in the back invited us to go with as she searched and searched until she found the product we needed. We love our two newly remodeled bathrooms! Cinthya was great to work with, and her attention to detail and follow-thru made the project run smoothly. We enjoyed working with Pioneer's skilled craftsmen; their pride in their work really shows. There was one big problem during the remodel, but Alden solved it on the spot to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the overall experience.
This is such a wonderful company to work with. We have gotten stair flooring for a diy repair with so much information and help. We recently had carpet installed in our basement. The carpet looks wonderful! We are so happy with all they've done and are so grateful for all the knowledge that they've shared with us.
