I worked with Mark to select carpets for my new townhome. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and helped me find a great deal on existing warehouse stock of a high quality carpet at a discounted price. The install was yesterday and it looks really great! The install team was thorough, professional and even arrived early.

After 7 years, a part of our hardwood floor rotted due to moisture coming up through the concrete slab. See the photos. According to the warranty given to us , the repairs should have been covered. Flooring American denied that the warranty covered our floor. Back in 2019, we spent over $20,000 on flooring from them, and in addition seemed disinterested in repairing it.
