Had a great experience from start to finish with this company & their installer,, Preston.
This was my Intial experience looking at options. It was nice because they had everything: porcelain tile flooring, wood flooring, countertops, cabinets, carpeting, cupboards, sinks, bathroom tiles, etc. I could ask questions about chemicals used (very safe), durability, and different fibers. They could access colors that were not "in vogue." They offered samples for decision making.
Jose Ayala, who installs carpet for Design Build America/Carpet Wise, is terrific! Jose's standard if perfection... he is skilled, efficient, reliable and responsive. Jose is also a nice person. If he does your install, you are lucky!
