Rick my design consultant was helpful and very patient. My order came in a timely matter and the installer was excellent. Overall it was a very pleasant and easy experience. They are very professional and accommodating.
Harry Katz Carpeting made the selection process very easy and the installers laid the carpet smoothly, even with occasional intrusions from my 75 lb dog. They used great expertise and the finished product looks terrific! Highly recommend them.
We had two different installs (LVT and Carpet) and both were great. Each were not straight forward and Gary helped adapt a plan that worked for us both times. Also the gentleman who installed both jobs was timely, provided education, and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.
