I was truly disappointed in their response after inquiring about new flooring. It appears they don’t need business… why not offer an estimate or ask if I had an idea of what type of flooring I was interested in or maybe even ask when a good time to talk would be! Truly disappointed!
From the time my wife and I went into their store we knew we selected the right place. They are the most kind and caring family. During our remodel period, all the crew coming in and out were spot on. You could feel comfortable leaving your house if needed. The lines of communication were always open from start to finish, they did a beautiful transformation. We could not be any happier with everything.

Loved working with this company to remodel my bathroom and redo some of our flooring. Jessie was absolutely amazing, she helped us make beautiful selections within our budget, that help make our house feel so special and unique. Jim & all of his crew did exceptional work to bring our vision to life. Everyone from the owners, to the front desk staff, to the guys working on the house were so kind and professional. Definitely will use this company again for our future projects!
The customer service from start to finish far exceeded our expectations. Jennifer was so helpful, can’t thank her enough. Our project is off to a great start thanks to everyone at Biviano’s. They have our business-hands down!
