Overall a nice job. Very kind staff and owners My only feedback would be not to over promise and not deliver . I specifically asked when scheduling how long the job would take and was told 2 days. On the very first day the technician said it was likely going to take 3-4 days. I had scheduled other things around the two day timeframe. And then I shared one minor issue I wasn’t pleased with and the owner told me he would come personally and correct the issue. Very pleased with our floors and bathroom countertops! Everyone was very helpful and extremely nice! Helped us pick out the right product and installers did a great job! We will use Biviano's again!

A very professional service - the new carpet looks fabulous! We ordered a stair runner with carpet rods, to go on our oak staircase in our 1920s Tudor House in Youngstown, and they did an outstanding job.
I was truly disappointed in their response after inquiring about new flooring. It appears they don’t need business… why not offer an estimate or ask if I had an idea of what type of flooring I was interested in or maybe even ask when a good time to talk would be! Truly disappointed!
