It is almost 4 pm on a Wednesday, April 30th. This place has all their lights on and TV on with a sign that says "I be back in 15 minutes." I've been waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Whoever the owner is should know their worker isn't here. Lost a couple customers who showed up and left. I left after waiting 27 minutes.
