Came here to get a haircut and left with choppy uneven layers, I can’t even have my hair down as it’s so uneven. The scissors the lady used seemed blunt as my hair just got worse after that haircut. And It’s like the lady didn’t know how to cut hair and just eyeballed it.
The worst service experience at the salon, specifically with Ebby and her staff. I went in for a haircut with Ebby, and when I asked about the price, she quoted $50. The trouble began when she washed my hair with extremely cold water. I expressed my discomfort, but instead of addressing the issue, she simply waited a few seconds and then continued to use the same cold water without attempting to try the temperature.
