We have had an absolute nightmare experience with this dealership. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. We purchased a 2020 Tahoe from Kian Motors on 9/2/2023 with the understanding that this vehicle had the original VIN number and that all features that were advertised were operational. This was not the case. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Plano location.....I cant believe how disappointed I was in dealing with Kian Motors. I purchased a 2017 Fiat 500 X Pop with 42k miles on it. A few days after driving it home the thing lit up like a Christmas tree over the weekend naturally. In speaking with a local Fiat dealership I was advised not to drive it and to have it taken in which I did.
