We have had an absolute nightmare experience with this dealership. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. We purchased a 2020 Tahoe from Kian Motors on 9/2/2023 with the understanding that this vehicle had the original VIN number and that all features that were advertised were operational. This was not the case. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Plano location.....I cant believe how disappointed I was in dealing with Kian Motors. I purchased a 2017 Fiat 500 X Pop with 42k miles on it. A few days after driving it home the thing lit up like a Christmas tree over the weekend naturally. In speaking with a local Fiat dealership I was advised not to drive it and to have it taken in which I did. Requested Leo to have the truck I was picking up to have a fresh oil change and be detailed since it looked dirty in the pictures, when I showed up Leo told me everything was taken care of...oil wasn’t changed and the truck had cleaner sprayed all over everything and barely wiped off, the truck was a mess. Bad Business! August 2019, I traded a 2012 camrey for a 2000 Jeep Wrangler. Have in writing where they owe me a hardtop for the Jeep. After 8 months of trying to get the top, all I get is the run around. Then they say the top is in....junk yard find! No back glass, or seals and almost beyond repair. I called their BS and they said no problem, we will get another one. Almost a year now and no top! I am filing suit against them in court. And reporting to the BBB.....
This place is amazing! Normally I have a headache after buying a car. From start to finish took about 2 hours. Nick helped me. If you are looking for a specific vehicle you can call him he'll find it for you. I am not fond of car sales men and there speeches. They don't do any of that. Really happy that they are just themselves and don't do sales pitches. Im looking forward to my next purchase with Nick.
Stop selling vehicles that have not been serviced and are missing parts.
Better customer service, and stop lying to people. Just be upfront.
