Kia is one of the best Realtors I know in the Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC area. I would absolutely trust her with any home purchase, but especially for my first time homebuyer clients. She goes above and beyond throughout the entire transaction. 10/10 Highly recommend!

I had an amazing home buying experience. Kia made it less overwhelming than I had experience before. She understood what I wanted and what I didn't want ( no unnecessary viewings). She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the whole process. What i didn't understand she made sure I fully understood before signing any contract. I highly recommend Kia for your real estate needs. I reached out to her because I needed help with purchasing land in NC even though I live out of state. She was so patient & knowledgeable.
