Orest & especially Omar, the head mechanic at Kia of highland park, went out of their way to help me with my Telluride in the service center. I have not had the best experiences with Lincolnwood, but for the five times I have been to Highland Park, each time has been great in the service center. They even each time clean my car and it looks better than it was when I brought it in.

Brought our car in two days ago to find $2k+ of repairs. They charged us $200 + credit card processing fees to tell us that. We took to another shop for second opinion and had questions about filing insurance, repairs recommended, and scheduling and cannot get through to a single human being. I’ve called 5 times and either get routed to sales department or get stuck with their AI assistant Mia who sends you back to sales.
