Brought our car in two days ago to find $2k+ of repairs. They charged us $200 + credit card processing fees to tell us that. We took to another shop for second opinion and had questions about filing insurance, repairs recommended, and scheduling and cannot get through to a single human being. I’ve called 5 times and either get routed to sales department or get stuck with their AI assistant Mia who sends you back to sales. LSuper clean, good vibes, and really kind people. The GM, Greg, is very personable. Abdullah, my salesperson, was amazing! He took care of everything from start to finish. Honest, helpful, and easy to work with. Vasko handled the financing and was incredibly helpful and communicative. I also appreciate how well-equipped the space is. They have a cozy lounge area with an illy tea and coffee machine, a popcorn maker, and a variety of charging adapters. Overall, a pleasant experience.
