The sales side was basically flawless. Service has been extremely difficult to work with and it's been over a month trying to get the 2 things that were part of the purchase agreement done. Itinerary: fix 2 things, have a loaner vehicle available so I can get back to work. Scheduled the appointment, showed up, and they didn't have the promised loaner vehicle, so I had to wait an extra half hour for an Uber to get back to work which caused work issues. I had a mixed experience at Jerry Seiner Kia, but I really appreciate how they made things right. I had a 4:30 p.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation while I was in Salt Lake City for a soccer tournament after a long road trip. Since I’m not from the area, I wasn’t familiar with their check-in process. I want to give this dealership more than 2 stars but after my last transaction with them in the service dept I just cannot. I bought my car in January 2026. My purchasing experience was so-so, not a 10/10 at all. I took my telluride in for its first oil change just a few weeks ago. I was told that there is a leak and they would like me to bring my vehicle back in when I can.
