Fantastic service, brought our 2023 telluride in for recalls, manager was great to work with, friendly and professional staff. I now have my go to Kia dealership.
I have been bringing my 2022 GMC 2500 Duramax in there since I got it new. Usually just for oil changes and tire rotations. I had new tires and rims put on the truck about 3 months ago at another dealership. Turned out the rims had two valve stem holes in them. Not sure why, but while on a trip to Texas, one of the sensors broke off at the valve stem, and when I brought it in to get it fixed, the guy looked at it and told me that because of the shape of the rims, the rear hole was to install the sensors in. I purchased my 2012 Kia Optima EX new in May of 2012 and have been bringing it here for service for the past 13 years. I have loved the car and the service I have received over the years. James Vredeveld has been my service advisor for the majority of my appointments and always been professional and courteous. I recently had an issue that was covered under warranty (wow!) and the work was completed much faster than originally quoted. Don't come here. I went for a recall fix, they took 1 month to finish it, and at the end my radio and brake lights didn't work.
