Unless you don’t like being able to get ahold of service and are willing to be majorly overcharged for parts and labor avoid like the plague. I brought in my car for a coolant leak, was told it was a bad EGR valve and that it wasn’t covered under warranty. (Interesting that Kia has an 80k federal emission warranty that doesn’t cover this much less the 100k mile warranty. I am close to 70 years old. Bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe 7/9/25 for my Active Duty Army daughter and kids. Told the salesman I was paying in cash but begged him to not sell us a car with major mechanical issues as they would be making a permanent move to Virginia in Mid August and I didn’t want them stranded somewhere along the 2399 mile trip. We had to downgrade from our loved 22 Kia Stinger GT2 to a 2010 Lexus. Taelynne was our sales person. She took above and beyond care of us. It was a tough decision for us and she acknowledged this and she did everything in her power to make this a smooth transition. So thank you Taelynne!!

I would give negative stars if possible. This place is incredibly dysfunctional. I won’t even go into detail here but just DO NOT COME HERE. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The level of incompetence here is truly unbelievable.

Fantastic service, brought our 2023 telluride in for recalls, manager was great to work with, friendly and professional staff. I now have my go to Kia dealership.
