I purchased my KIA Sportage in January 2026. My Salesman Michael Flaherty went above and beyond to meet my needs. We sat with the Finance Guy and gave him our mailing address four times. Everything went smoothly until I did NOT receive my plates before my temporary ones expired. I called Jerry Seiner and asked about them. This dealership has THE WORST service department I have ever dealt with. Every single time we bring in our car it is a complete joke. No one is helpful. It takes an hour and a half to get an oil change when you schedule an appointment. We just had our car in for an oil change and it was taking over an hour. We asked for an update on the status of the car, they did not show our car in their system at all. No explanation as to why our car was skipped or why it took so long. I bought a car from here last year. I noticed the A/C wouldnt work consistently. this winter I notice it wouldn't blow hot air consistently. I took it in to get serviced because I got warranty on the car and the sales person said the warranty will cover the issue because i told them very soon after purchasing. I told them the problem isn't consistent when it doesnt work but I have a child and having a cold car in the winter and a hot car in summer is hard especially because we sit in the car in the mornings before school. Last week I had a most incredible experience at Kia of South Jordan. I mean, I am used to getting top shelf treatment every time I’m there, but this was different.
