Harry in Service was a pleasure to work with. My 2015 Kia Sorento was brought here after I broke down due to engine failure. Kia covered the replacement under their Class Action Lawsuit (with provided service records), performed any open recalls and some additional services. Harry kept me informed throughout the process and they finished it a few days before it was promised! Harry made my terrible situation a great experience! Thank you Harry!
If I could give zero stars I would. We had our son's car serviced Thanksgiving Week and he came home on Christmas college break and his oil light came on. This was two weeks after the last service date. I arrived at 8 AM on December 19 and our car was finally repaired at 5:15 pm on January 3. A whole year changed! Fifteen days at this dealership. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Dropped my car off for service last week for a broken piece on the back of my car and the car sat the dealership for 4 days. Told me the car was ready and upon pick up, my whole windshield was cracked. I had to call twice to finally get an answer and when I did and explained what had happened from the start, I was told: “I’m sorry you feel that way,”. I had an appointment to complete a recall on my car. When I arrived I was greeted and told to wait inside for next CSR (advisor). A gentleman checked me in and told me it would take about an hour to complete. After about 15 minutes the same gentleman found me in the waiting room and said I would have to come back because they needed to order the part for the recall! Wait, what?
