Friendly service with a decent waiting area. Service center is under construction so I was on the Nissan side of the dealership which I'm sure will change in a year. 3 stars because of charging credit card fees for service. $100 for an oil change plus a 3% fee. I understand charging credit card fees for large transactions like a car purchase but it feels like trying to extract every last dollar they can when doing it for smaller transactions that generally do not have a fee at any established business. Complete unprofessionalism, ignorance of their business.....shame and disgrace. How can you replace a working part and then extort money for it, without eliminating the problem, which was in a completely different faulty element
