Have had my van in the shop for almost three weeks at this point. Called to check on it today, 1 week after giving them the OK to do a tear down so that they can prove to the warranty company where the problem is located. To my surprise I was told that they hadn’t even started working on it. That is an ENTIRE WEEK they have had it and haven’t worked on it. We took our KIA Soul to be serviced because all the warning lights were on. The service manager was extremely helpful and thorough. He fixed everything and warranted the work. We are very satisfied and recommend them to anyone who needs their KIA serviced.
Friendly service with a decent waiting area. Service center is under construction so I was on the Nissan side of the dealership which I'm sure will change in a year. 3 stars because of charging credit card fees for service. $100 for an oil change plus a 3% fee. I understand charging credit card fees for large transactions like a car purchase but it feels like trying to extract every last dollar they can when doing it for smaller transactions that generally do not have a fee at any established business. The service department was very efficient. Took our Kia in for routine maintenance. Our first time at this dealership. Very friendly service.
Complete unprofessionalism, ignorance of their business.....shame and disgrace. How can you replace a working part and then extort money for it, without eliminating the problem, which was in a completely different faulty element
