Feel like I was just robbed of $300 and 5 hours of my life. Went in for a TPMS communication issue. They said they fixed it by having the sensors recalibrated. One day after leaving the light was on again. Brought it back in 9 days later and they said that all 4 sensors were bad. They said I would have to pay to have all 4 sensors replaced and to pay the $300 again to have them recalibrated. I am having an extremely frustrating experience trying to get my vehicle repairs scheduled through this dealership’s service department. I spoke with Karina two weeks ago after it took me an entire week just to get ahold of her. During that conversation, she told me she would coordinate with the paint technician and welder and get back to me the following week with an update. Unfortunately, I am still waiting.
