Cars been in the shop here four times for the same issue. Because they don’t fix it right the first 4 times, now it makes it seem like I’m being the issue. But the issue should have been fixed the first 4 times and I wouldn’t be leaving a bad review. What’s interesting is every time I get my car back it’s slightly better but not quite fixed. Maybe if I bring my car in 4 more times they’ll finally figure it out. Service rep people at the desk are all great and really nice.
Initially I had a good experience, but now I regret purchasing the 23 kia sorento. A few months after having the car the ac kept having a weird musky, moldy vinegary smell. Took it to service and had to pay for them to flush the ac system and replace cabin filter which I didn’t feel was necessary do to it being a new vehicle with less than 10k miles. Stopped by from out of town with my 2025 EV6 to charge. Plenty of Chargepoint stations but drawing only 6.0 kw and no NACS terminals so didn't really get to add much charge in the time I had available.
