What a night and day experiance dealing with Parkway service compared to my previous Kia dealership. Starting with the ease of scheudling my service appointment, to being greated as soon as I pulled up. Maybe it was do to having an early appointment, but I pulled in, met Lindsey, went over the vehicle's needs and was enjoying coffee and work in their waiting area within 10 min I think.
