The service department was amazing. Great service
Can not save a spot for a diagnosis for my vehicle on a check engine light and traction control light. I was told I need to wait between 4 business days and 5 business days for diagnosis. Repairs are separate if they have parts. There are no loaner vehicles either. This is ridiculous. This is my last time doing business with the Service Department. Before, it was great, but now there is a backlog.
I order a part from this dealership on 2/26/2025 and it been 2 weeks I have never got a phone call or text that my part is ready to pick up I already fix my vehicle somewhere else so I hope I get a refund from a part I never got.
My Service Experience is always great. My Service Advisor Brianna PAVLICEK always keeps me updated on what’s happening with my car while it’s being serviced.
Greed is abundant at Parkway Family Kia. If they use market adjustments disguised as "Mandatory dealership add ons" walk out. Watch YouTube videos on how to buy for MSRP or below. Market adjustments, mandatory dealership add ons are pure greed. Walk out. Don't play their greedy game to take your money.
