Great Dealership!!! Eric is an excellent and reliable salesmen, be sure to ask for him when you go in! He kept checking in with me to help me on my car search, test drove cars with me so we could get a feel for what I was looking for. Even the manager was great and communicative. This place is WONDERFUL! Having dealt with the ineptitude of Kia Simi (not Gary, he's fabulous!) and the disregard-due-to-overwhelm of Van Nuys, Santa Monica Kia was a breath of fresh air. Ramin was fantastic: knew his stuff and didn't feel the need to mansplain; Fernando, likewise was knowledgeable and professional, kind and patient. And the manager--who's name I can't seem to remember (so sorry!!!!!)--was attentive, clear, and honest. hola que tal mi nombre es carlos centeno y les comparto mi experiencia con kia yo tu be una falla en la bombona de gasolina y en la batería que se dañó por de fegto de fabricar y miraron la garantía y la cubrió la garantía pero el de talle es que te dicen que lo dejes y luego se comunican contigo que cosa que no uno tiene que estar insistiendo en llamar o ver un representante para que te a tiendan y no de mores de masiado tiempo en lo acordado ok todo bien se solucionó el problema en tanta incistensia se arregló pero el día ... read more
