I called just after 10:30am on a Sunday. I wanted to speak with a service technician about a small issue regarding my 2023 Kia Ev6. I was 2nd in line/queue, I waited over 20 mins only to be told that no one is available to help me and to leave a message after the tone. So does that mean this particular dealership doesn't value the customers time or are they just understaffed? Do they not have multiple phones to take phone calls? DO NOT under any circumstance choose this dealership to work with. I have NEVER in my life posted a review but this facility and staff including the GM Danielle, who would not return my call, deserves for the public to know.This is not a customer service driven organization. And clearly has no interest in the safety of my family driving a car that cost 50K and will just totally shut down at any moment!! That's a potential death trap on the expressway!!!!

Sales process was good but the follow up has some opportunity. Purchased a used car and was promised a part would be mailed two weeks later. It never came and when I tried to follow up, my call and email my messages would go unanswered.At this point I have just given up.
