Worst buying experience ever! This dealership overpromises and underdelivers. Do not buy here unless you want to be constantly misled and don't value your time! Most miserable car demo experience,. We called and confirmed the demo delivery 1.5 hrs prior to arrival and then waited another 1.5 hrs on site. Zach continues to blame staff, holiday, impact, and takes no accountability for his lack of delivery. We left and had a better experience at Kia van nuys!
Do NOT GO HERE IF YOURE A FEMALE! And they jack up the prices tremendously from what KIA official website says. The guy was a typical misogynistic car salesman at this place even though my husband and I made it clear that we were looking for a car for me. My car was broken into this morning and the lock cover on the driver’s side door was pried off. I drove down to Kia Santa Monica and they walked me through what needed to be replaced, helping me evaluate my options to find a solution that worked for me. It was a difficult morning, but the whole team made it much easier to deal with!! Carolina from parts was so kind and knowledgeable, and I already have a new part on its way. My issue will be fixed in just a few days. I’ll definitely be coming back!
