Amazing staff. Went in when I had a problem with my daughters Kia Sportage and Andrey went the extra mile to help me find what I was looking for and to make sure I had everything I needed for the repair. Can't recommend them any higher.

The Lee Johnson Kia team is always incredibly helpful, but today the service parts gentlemen taught me “how to fish” in the form of being able to replace my own fob key battery - something that I hadn't bothered learning in over a decade of Kia car ownership. Will save me a trip from Bellevue next time! (Well, at least for this particular thing, I only trust the team there for everything else.)
The review is for Orlando for Kia Shuttle Service. Orlando was safe, punctual, was on time and made sure he calls and informs the customer for the arrival time. It was pleasure to have the service done at Kia. The one less star was for Lee Johnson since they didn’t provide the loaner car, which is preferred when dropping the vehicle for a longer job.
