Dealing with this Kia has been a terrible experience. Dealing with the parts department was terrible because the the representative(Michael) was rude and would randomly put me on hold without letting me know. And then when I told him about it he hung up the phone on me. The parts manager Greg wasn't any better. I called to report Michael but he wouldn't do anything about it.
