Very bad service. This is the second time I've come, and the wait is getting worse. On top of that, they make excuses. I do not recommend it.
We purchased a brand new Sportage. At the moment of purchase (and after spending 12 hours in City Kia), they offered throwing in tinted windows. They said: “just call us anytime and we’ll make an appointment”. We came back after a few months and the manager is saying they WON’T honor their promise because “it’s been more than 30 days”. They never said there was a time frame. City Kia, never again.

I recently went to City Kia of Greater Orlando to buy a new vehicle. Christopher Montenegro was diligent about getting me the best options and prices on my vehicle. He was respectful and masterly about the features of the vehicle. Also I’m grateful of all the staff that guided me through the process of acquiring my new ride. Thank you City Kia!!! I highly recommend this business.
