I will NEVER buy a KIA again. First off I have a 2016 KIA Sorento I bought back in 2018. April 20,2022 was driving to work and out of nowhere had engine failure. It is known for my year and model of car that this has randomly been happening. Reached out to KIA to see what could be done. Absolute scam artists that want to deceive , trick, and con people. They would not take a wire transfer from my bank and demanded, that I get a cashier's check and send them a photocopy to hold the car. I booked a flight cause they knew I was from out of state. They told me to FedEx the check even though I was flying there the day after next. I forgot to FedEx the cashier's check, thank you God. And the next night, before I am gonna fly I contact them that I didn't FedEx overnight the check after an hour they tell me they so... read more
Absolutely terrible service. They will sell you a car with broken parts and dyed seats filled with stains that uncover in a week. Within 2 days of having my Kia sorrento my check engine light was on. I called my sales rep she got me an appointment to come in I went in and waited 4 hours to "fix" the door which didn't even get fixed because they didn't have the right parts.
