Knowing the details of make model and year of my car the dealership failed to acquire the parts needed to resolve the recall on my Kia Telluride seat switch. The appointment was made well in advance and essentially I wasted part of my morning only to be told I would have to return and that it was possible my seat switch could cause a car fire. Kia of Vacaville was so warm and welcoming the minute I walked in the door. The sales reps were so kind and helpful and the financial reps were as well. I never felt like I was taken advantage of or lied to like I do at most dealerships. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!
