BUYER BEWARE! I am flabbergasted at the lack of accountability and fair business practice I experienced at Kia of Streetsboro. After paying nearly $30K for a brand new 2024 Kia Sportage, I reached out to the dealership because the rear car mats clearly did not fit. I was happy to wait as they reordered new mats. When I went to pick up the new mats, they still did not fit, as witnessed by two of their parts department workers.
