My experience with this dealership was unprofessional, misleading, and deeply unethical, and I want others to be aware before doing business here. Just wanted to thank you all and a special thanks to Ahmed for a great experience purchasing the vehicle. That being said the vehicle needs appx $4000.00 in repairs front struts $2500.00 , rear brake rotors were roted and they replaced brake pads and not the roted brake rotors $500.00 alson found the windshield washer resover had holes in it and needed replacement $250.00 and and other mis maintenance appx another $1100.00. when you call the dealer and ask to speak with someone the transferred me around then to there ext war... read more

Run don't walk away! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My fiance and I bought a 2019 Jeep compass end of April. It took them over a month to get us our plates although they were at the dealership a week after we purchased the car. The salesman was just to lazy to go looking for them. Route 23 Kia will BAIT and SWITCH you with their online price listings!! Came in to purchase a car same day based on their online price. When we arrived, asked the sales rep to confirm that they were willing to negotiate on the online price they had listing. Kamille said yes, so went through the process of test driving and was ready to purchase. Once we sat down, she "went to talk to her manager" and came back and offered $6,000 MORE than the listing!
