Dishonest salesman. I drove 1 1/2 hours to this dealership, we agreed the night before on a trade in value of my car, then he lowered the agreed-on offer as soon as I arrived, without even seeing it. He told me the car I was looking at had the same sized tires so I could keep my spare/rim, untrue. *** was the worst purchase i ever made can't get insuranced purchase *** soul 2020 had no idea of all the theft going on wasn't told so I can barley make insurance payments state farm charged me more because of that reason. Also the dealer wanted to charge me for an extra key because previous owner lost it. When I call dealer never get a call back.
Really sad/bad service. Dropped the wife's Soul off around 12:30pm to have recalls cleared, and dealt with. I was told 2-3hrs and they would call when ready. I heard nothing from them and 6 pm, I tried to text, and call every number they have for service, sales, parts etc.. No one would answer, let it ring till it said call again? Really! all it would take is a 30 second call or text to let us know the status but nothing. Good thing we are retired and the vehicle wasn't a critical need. No excuse for this!
Just picked up my vehicle from a routine oil change. I also had the service department adjust my e-brake because it wasnt holding very well and fix the blind spot monitoring for the 4th time. I received a call from Carson on Friday 4/17 saying my optima was finished. He told me that the BSM was fixed and oil change was done. I asked about the e-brake and he proceeded to tell me that it was within spec. I told him that I cannot park on a hill without the car jolting forward and the transmission holding. My husband took my car in for an appointment on Saturday. He asked for a diagnostic so we could get a quote on how much it would cost to fix. They told him how much the diagnostic would be and said they’d call him afterward. They NEVER called. He told them they could keep the car until Monday. Monday came and still no call.
