Alex got me set up quickly to have some warranty work done on my Sorento that was having a weird issue with the BCW system (braking at inappropriate times). They also set me up with a loaner car that was nicer than mine lol. Carlo and the service department got it done quickly. 5/5 for sure!
I purchased an extended warranty through Kia when I bought out my lease. I have a coolant leak, which is covered under my warranty. I've brought my vehicle in three times, they've said it's been repaired each time. I still have a coolant leak, and have given up with the Kia service department! It has been nothing but a nightmare?
Jordan was awesome! This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership, and the level of customer service by far exceeds expectations.
