I purchased an extended warranty through Kia when I bought out my lease. I have a coolant leak, which is covered under my warranty. I've brought my vehicle in three times, they've said it's been repaired each time. I still have a coolant leak, and have given up with the Kia service department! It has been nothing but a nightmare?
Jordan was awesome! This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership, and the level of customer service by far exceeds expectations.
I went in for an oil change and service check up and was helped by Tyler, Maria and Jason. They were incredible helpful and informative about my cars needs. I will be recommending the service department and be returning for all my car needs!
So again after more wasted time on the first visit and going in for appointment. They tell me parts not there reschedule. They make another appointment. To come get it at 8 am this morning and no one shows up. Call service manager still making excuses about the first appointment. So now wasted two days. Would never recommend to anyone.
