After having the worst experience at another Kia dealer, we went to Kia of Port Charlotte, and had the best. The showroom was state of the art and very impressive and welcoming. Our Product Specialist was Ashley Howell. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional yet very personable and considerate. No high pressure sales antics. Took complete advantage of my mom and sister. My sister is a college student. Made my mom pay a $200 diagnostic fee before they would hand the car over, while telling my mom they couldn't do a diagnostic test due to her not agreeing to pay $1000 for a $50 part on the brakes (because no one driving the car had the issue they swore they had).. I have just taken my 2017 Kia to this shop since I bought it and I'm so glad I did. Never any issues. I just had the 100K mile service on my Sportage SX and the service was great. Ron Munday in the service department was so very informative and helpful! Highly recommend.

The entire service department is not only accommodating, but extremely kind to everybody. Specifically, Azarya is very personable and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left! Highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here
