I was very impressed with Kia of North Austin Service Center. Good service. Outstanding waiting area, with seats, wifi, coffee, cappuccinos, mochas, all kinds snacks, muffins, cheese, fruit, excellent childrens' area. Excellent hospitality.
If I could give half a star I would. Be prepared to argue about literally anything. Brought our Kia in for a recall and to see what Kia might do to remedy the well documented well known defects with the oil rings on the piston chambers of my particular 2018 Kia Soul. Since it regularly needs 2 quarts of oil between oil changes and now the check engine light is on because the burning oil has fouled up the catalytic converter.
