I visited this Kia dealership today and was helped by Zaeem, who was kind, responsive, and resolved my concerns quickly. Overall, I had a positive experience thanks to his excellent service and team. That said, I think the dealership could further improve their standard procedure by adding a few steps: 1. My experience this week at Kia of Newmarket was amazing. Online booking for the service appointment was easy, and I received a pre-service call to confirm everything before bringing it in which was appreciated. Shahzad was a pleasure to deal with, he communicated everything that was required and being performed the day of service, and had an excellent walk through of the bill once completed, even had discounts applied! I will be bringing my vehicle back there in the future.
