☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Awful experience with Kia. Since 2023, I’ve been trapped in an unfair 8 year high payment deal. Staff care only about their own profits, no honesty, no real customer service. They treat customers rudely and disrespectfully. My tires are under a 200,000km warranty and I use winter tires for almost half the year. I visited this Kia dealership today and was helped by Zaeem, who was kind, responsive, and resolved my concerns quickly. Overall, I had a positive experience thanks to his excellent service and team. That said, I think the dealership could further improve their standard procedure by adding a few steps: 1.
