In January of 2024 we had our check engine light come on after moving cross country to TN. We immediately got in with the service team at KIA of Murfreesboro. Unfortunately we had delayed some maintenance which resulted in our engine needing a full replacement. Given the current recalls on Kia engines supply was very low. Kia worked with us to not only get us a long term loaner car but to also minimize the financial impact. Kia of Murfreesboro is a great dealership and their service department has by far gone above and beyond. Not only are they skilled, they have the best customer service and have worked so well for me whether it was a car issue or just purchasing new tires and other parts for my Kia. I absolutely LOVE these guys and they deserve a glowing 5 star review. Thank you for everything you guys have done for me.
