Wonderful experience at KIA of Milford! Berit was my service manager and she was simply AMAZING. She made sure two recalls were fixed and ordered a part for another issue. Super clean bathrooms. I look forward to servicing my vehicle here again! 💙

Denis at Napoli Kia was amazing! He provided such attention to detail, and thorough service. The finance team was also incredibly helpful throughout our leasing process and application. Denis worked on his day off to get us driving off the next day. We are super happy with our new Sorento!
Would not recommend Napoli Kia to anyone! I was scammed by them and Hertz Car Rental. Napoli told me rental was covered by Kia warranty. Hertz told me Napoli wouldn't pay therefore they charged my card. After several months of emails to both my "service advisor" Jennifer at Napoli Kia and Rosanna at Hertz Corporate I had to contact "Kia America". Hertz laughed at me and said: "someone has to pay"! Jennifer said it was a clerical error and she would take care of it - lol. Seven months later I received a check from Kia America... read more
