I started my relationship with the service dept a couple of years ago when my Kia got a rod knock in the motor. It was a warranty replacement When I called they told me it could be a few days to get diagnosed. They called me back within 24 hours Once they got the motor in I was told it could be up to 6 weeks before it was done They had it done in 2 weeks. Josh Beanblossom is super helpful, outgoing, kind and very respectful. He helped me get into a good car even when my options were limited. I would recommend going to Josh when needing a vehicle. This Kia dealership was overall helpful too. Highly recommend overall.
We had Mr. Beanblossom (Josh) and he was excellent! The whole dealership was straight forward and efficient, but easy going with no pressure.
