These cars are junk. I have a new 2025 Kia. The thing won't go into gear. It happened before and it took a week to get it. I call this place and they said it would be 3-4 weeks to get a diagnosis. You can get a good price on a Kia, but the service is garbage. Not worth the hassle.
Thomas is the best. Friendliest and out going. Goes above and beyond.
