In late June, I scheduled an appointment with this dealership to address a Kia Voluntary Service Campaign concerning brake line corrosion. The appointment was scheduled for 7/17, and I dropped the vehicle off the night before so that they would have the whole day to work on it. At 11:19 am on 7/17, I received a phone call from the service department. He informed me that the brake lines had "failed" inspection and would need to be replaced. Good service, good value. Great buy. Got a Kia soul in 2016, got a Kia Seltos in 2021. Got a Kia Sportage cause our family needs outgrew the Seltos. Sportage is a great SUV too! I'm all in for Kia if they keep making vehicles to this caliber. And we still have the 2016 Soul in the mix that's running great! Great job Kia motors!

We love our KIAs. EDIT Still love our KIA but the service here has gone from amazing to absolute terrible. Just money grabbing at this point 150 bucks for some filter changes. We just got new tires a year ago an they said we needed new ones give me a break we will not be returning here.
Good service, good value. Great buy. Got a Kia soul in 2016, got a Kia Seltos in 2021. Probably get a Kia vehicle next time too. They made me a Kia shopper! Love our Kias!
