The after sales service is nonexistent. The service manager finds an excuse not to cover any issues. Promises callbacks then doesn't.

I recently wrote a very negitave review for Kia Medford. I would like to take that back as there was a phone problem on my end and they coulod not reach me. All the whiloe I thought they were just not calling me back. Not the case. Brandon the service Manager plus one of the service advisors were trying to call me back multiple multiple times. Repeated Service Department Communication Failures Cost Me Time and Income I am extremely disappointed with the repeated lack of communication from the service department. Most recently, I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment and drove from Brentwood to the dealership, only to be informed upon arrival that my vehicle would not be completed until the end of the day and might not be completed at all. If I could provide a "0" rating, I would do so! Do not go to this service center! They have completely ruined my vehicle from, forgetting to replace the oil cap and leaked ALL of the oil out of my Sorrento, to scratching it, neglecting to replace the engine splash shield and then being completely dismissive about the whole thing! Rude and unprofessional! I am actually filing a lawsuit against them. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU VALUE YOUR INVESTMENT!

took my 2025 soul there for its first oil change. went to pick it up and was charged for a tire rotation, told them I never authorized that and did not think it was necessary at less than 7000 miles. they said we can take that off and rotate the tires back. I said I do not have that time to wait. they refunded the rotation. went outside and the car was not washed. in the past when my cars had an oi change, the car was washed. the guy said, I didn't know where the wash people were. Went in to pick out a car for my daughter. Cleo was personable enough and said we could pick up the car on Monday. He called me and said the car was sold so I asked him for the general manager Steve DiFranco to call me by end of day to see how he can work out another deal but never called me back. This dealership is all talk with no integrity.

I drove more than three hours with cash in hand to purchase a vehicle after being told the day before that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I discovered the vehicle was completely undriveable—the rear bumper was hanging off and the condition was nothing like what had been represented.
