Horrible customer service — this dealership does not have technicians to handle engine repairs BUT they will accept your car and hold on to it without doing anything to it for WEEKS without letting you know beforehand! They did not offer reassurance, they continuously told me there was nothing they could do about holding on to my car for weeks and not fixing it! They didn’t have any loaner cars to offer either. The Berman Kia service department is outstanding, which is really refreshing after years of bad experiences at other Kiia dealerships/service locations. I've brought my 2018 Sedona in for issues related to the airbag system twice during the past 3 months, and everyone I interacted with at Berman was upbeat, professional, and knowledgeable.
