Excellent customer service. I have bought 2 vehicles from this place in the last 6 years and I intend on returning when I need another vehicle. I have taken my vehicles there for all maintenance and they have always made sure that it was to my satisfaction.
Do Not buy from Kia of Lansing. We recently bought a new 2013 Rio with 30/40mpg. That was the only reason for the purchase. We told them we drive 95% on the highway so we were assured it would be 40mpg or close to it. After 2,000 miles still haven't broke 29mpg. We were told the break in oil (never heard of that in todays vehicles) needs to be changed, we did that and since then still not 1mpg difference. Now the sticker on these cars say 28/36mpg.
