At the beginning it seemed legit to get a vehicle from kia of lansing but as i learned after purchasing our 2012 kia **** that it was fools gold...4 recalls on the car...the service team fighting me about the cars warranty...told them thay my blower motor was bad and they neglected to fix it and they knowingly sold me the kia **** with no anti theft device...they were sued for that reason and thats the only way it was installed later on...i would never get a vehicle from them ever again...selling junky cars with empty promis... read more
Excellent customer service. I have bought 2 vehicles from this place in the last 6 years and I intend on returning when I need another vehicle. I have taken my vehicles there for all maintenance and they have always made sure that it was to my satisfaction.
Don't buy from Kia of Lansing I had searched online before finding a vehicle that I wanted. I read that the MPG of the Kia Sorento was high compared to most SUVs. Since my Jeep was recently totalled, I needed to find a vehicle fast. When we went to Kia of Lansing to look at a vehicle that was listed online as them having it for $18,900.00, they said that they didn't have any Sorentos under $23,000.00. Do Not buy from Kia of Lansing. We recently bought a new 2013 Rio with 30/40mpg. That was the only reason for the purchase. We told them we drive 95% on the highway so we were assured it would be 40mpg or close to it. After 2,000 miles still haven't broke 29mpg. We were told the break in oil (never heard of that in todays vehicles) needs to be changed, we did that and since then still not 1mpg difference. Now the sticker on these cars say 28/36mpg.
